Recently, Korea Star Daily organized a poll with the topic: “Fashion icons: who is the most fashionable?” for fans from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. [Note: The poll was done after this article was posted.]

Results show that JYJ’s Yoochun and Jaejoong, Big Bang’s G-Dragon, Kim Hyun Joong, and SHINEe’s Key are the fashion icons among Korean celebrities. Following the fans’ suggestions, the organizers set up a voting station for them with the question: “Who among the following is your personal fashion icon?” Everyone then got to vote who among the 5 candidates will become the “Ultimate Fashion Icon”.

After 3 days of voting, a total of 14,564 fans participated in the poll. The outcome reveals Big Bang’s G-Dragon garnered the highest number of votes with 37.21% and is thereby the “Ultimate Fashion Icon”.

3. Big Bang and CNBlue take over weekend live music shows [NEWS]

CNBLUE and Big Bang each scored a win on weekly live music shows that aired on Friday and Sunday, respectively.

CNBLUE’s song “Intuition” was placed at No. 1 on KBS’ “Music Bank” for the third time as of last Friday. This is the song's seventh win on a televised music show following its three crowns on music cable channel Mnet’s “M! CountDown” which airs on Thursdays and single trophy SBS’ music program “Inkigayo” last Sunday.
“Intuition,” a song about one's ominous feeling of breaking up with a girlfriend, is from CNBLUE’s first regular album “FIRST STEP” that has sold over 100,000 copies nationwide since its release last month.

“We are so happy we're receiving so much love these days. It’s almost like a dream,” said CNBLUE's members in their acceptance speech the same day. “Thank you so much and we hope you like our follow-up songs ahead.”

★ On this Sunday’s “Inkigayo” show, it was Big Bang’s “LOVE SONG” that won the latest Mutizen Award, in the week of the song's debut.

“LOVE SONG” which expresses feelings after a love has passed away, is one of the title tracks to their special limited edition album released early this month.

Co-composed and written by G-Dragon and Teddy, the music incorporates elements of electronica and modern rock.

“We’re happy to win this award upon the first week of our return. We shall take it as a sign to work harder,” said the group’s leader G-Dragon as he went on to thank people in their agency who helped along the way.
Meanwhile other singers that appeared on the two live music shows over the weekend included U-Kiss, 4minute, Brave Girls, Rainbow, Clover, Dalmatian, Handsome People, Rania and Maya.
